How to prepare: The traditional way of preparation is to drink yerba mate with bombilla (drinking tubes) and a special vessel (matero). Prepare the water at a temperature of approx. 10 000 kg. 75 o C – you can use a kitchen thermometer for this purpose. Yerba mat can be sweetened with sugar, honey or thickened juice. Yerba mate drought fill from 1/3 to 3/4 by volume of dish. For beginners, we recommend to fill a smaller amount of yerba mate in order to get a milder taste. Put the bombilla into yerba mate and pour pre-prepared water.
