Complaints about Goods

1. The company QUILO Sp. z o.o. as a seller, he is liable to the customer who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, for non-compliance with the Contract of Sale of Goods purchased by this consumer, to the extent specified by the Act on special conditions of consumer sales.

2. Complaints arising from the violation of the Customer's rights guaranteed by law or under these Regulations should be addressed to hurt@intenson.pl. The company QUILO Sp. z o.o. undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if this was not possible, to inform the customer within this period when the complaint will be considered.

 

Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services

1. The company QUILO Sp. z o.o. undertakes actions to ensure fully correct operation of the Store, to the extent that results from current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove within a reasonable time any irregularities reported by customers.

2. The customer is obliged to immediately notify QUILO Sp. z o.o. about any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Online Store website.

3. The Customer may report irregularities in writing to the following address: QUILO Sp. z o.o., Kissing 94G, 05-480 Karczew, by e-mail to hurt@intenson.pl or using the contact form.

4. In the complaint, the Customer should provide his name, mailing address, type and date of irregularities related to the functioning of the Store.

5. The company QUILO Sp. z o.o. undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if this was not possible, to inform the customer within this period when the complaint will be considered.

 

Final Provisions

1. Settlement of any disputes arising between QUILO Sp. z o.o., and a customer who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, is submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

2. Settlement of any disputes arising between QUILO Sp. z o.o., and a customer who is not a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code of the Civil Code, is subject to the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of QUILO Sp. z o.o.

3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
