Homemade coconut granola (per 1l granola)

Components:  
  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 20 g coconut chips
  • 40 g dried cranberries
  • 40 g dried apricots
  • 20 g dried dates
  • 50 g nut mixture (italian, cashew, hazel)
  • 30 g honey
  • 100 ml apple juice without added sugar
  How to prepare: Nuts and coconut chips roughly chop. Mix in a large bowl along with oatmeal. Heat apple juice with honey until the ingredients combine. Place evenly on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake in 180 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring 4 times during baking. Cool, add cranberries, chopped dates and apricots. Store in a tight jar.
