Recipe for VEGETARIAN Lard
1 fine chopped onion, 3 cloves of chopped garlic, 1/4 cup of oil, 1/3 cup coconut oil, 1 grated apple, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional), 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional). Onion and garlic glaze in oil. Add the remaining components. When coconut oil dissolves, stir, remove from heat. Pour into a container, cool.

Store at room temperature, in a dry and dark place, in a tightly closed package. Coconut oil is constant to 25 ºC above which it changes the state of focus on liquid. Repeated changes in the state of focus do not affect the nutritional value and quality of the oil.
