RULES OF ADMINISTRATION
I. Definitions
The terms used in the Rules of Procedure mean:
1. Customer A natural person, a legal person or an organisational entity other than a legal person whose specific provisions confer legal capacity to award contracts under the Shop;
2. Civil Code -the law from April 23rd 1964 r. U. No 16, pose. 93(m.);
3. Regulation This Regulation shall apply to the provision of electronic services within the framework of the partner.intenson.pl website;
4. Internet store Internet service available under partner.intenson.pl, through which the Customer may, in particular, place orders;
5. Goods Products presented in the Online Shop;
6. Sales contract The contract for the sale of the goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between QUILO Sp. z o.o., and the Customer, concluded using the Shop's website;
7. Law on special conditions of consumer sale The law of 27th July 2002(r) on special conditions of sale for consumers and amending the Civil Code (Dz). U. No 141, position. 1176 of m.);
8. Electronic Services Act The law on the provision of services by electronic means (DZ) on the 18th of July 2002 r. U. No 144, position. 1204 of m.);
9. Order a statement of the Customer's will, aimed directly at the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of the Goods.
II General provisions
2.1. This Regulation lays down the rules for the use of the online store available at intenson.pl.
2.2. These Rules shall be the rules referred to in Article 8.The Electronic Services Act.
2.3. The online store, located at intenson.pl, is run by QUILO Sp. z o.o., Kissing 94G, 05-480 Karczew.
2.4. These Rules shall specify in particular:
(a) the rules for registering and using an account in an online store;
(b) the conditions and rules for the electronic submission of contracts within the framework of an online store;
(c) rules for the conclusion of sales contracts using services provided under the Internet Shop.
2.5. The use of the Internet store is possible provided that the following minimum technical requirements are met by the teleinformatics system used by the customer:
a.) an 8-version Internet Explorer or a newer version with Javascript and cookies enabled; or
b.) Mozilla Firefox in 3.6 or newer version with javascript and cookies enabled, or
c.) An 11-version or newer version with javascript and cookies enabled, or
d.) Google Chrome in version 10 or newer with javascript and cookies enabled;
2.6. In order to use the Internet store, the customer should have access to a computer station or terminal with Internet access.
2.7. Pursuant to the laws in force, QUILO Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to limit the provision of services via the Internet Shop to persons who have reached the age of 18-year-old. In this case, potential customers will be notified of the above.
2.8. Customers may access this Regulation at any time by means of a referrer located on the main partner.intenson.pl website and download and print it.
2.9. The information on the goods given on the website of the Shop, in particular their descriptions, technical and usage parameters and prices, shall constitute an invitation to conclude the contract within the meaning of Article. 71 Civil Code.
III. Rules governing the use of the Internet Store
3.1. Registration under the Internet Shop is a condition for starting to use it.
3.2. Registration shall be effected by completing and accepting the registration form made available on one of the pages of the Shop.
3.3. The condition of registration is to agree to the content of the Rules of Procedure and to provide personal data designated as mandatory.
3.4. QUILO Sp. z o.o. may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Internet Shop, as well as may limit his access to all or part of the resources of the Internet Shop, with immediate effect, in the event of a breach by the Customer of the Rules, and in particular when the Customer:
(a) during registration in the online store, provide data which are inaccurate, inaccurate or out of date, misleading or infringing the rights of third parties;
(b) the personal property of third parties, in particular the personal property of other customers of the online store, has been infringed through an internet store;
(c) any other conduct which is deemed by QUILO Sp. z o.o. to be contrary to the applicable laws or general principles of Internet usage or to be in the good name of QUILO Sp. z o.o.
3.5. A person who has been deprived of the right to use the online store may not re-register without the prior consent of QUILO Sp. z o.o.
3.6. In order to ensure the security of communication of communications and data relating to the services provided under the Website, the Website shall take technical and organisational measures appropriate to the degree of security of the services provided, in particular measures to prevent unauthorised persons from obtaining and modifying personal data transmitted on the Internet.
3.7. In particular, the customer shall be obliged to:
(a) non-compliance and non-compliance with the content prohibited by law, e.g. content promoting violence, defamation or violation of personal property and other rights of third parties,
(b) use of the Internet Shop in a manner that does not interfere with its functioning, in particular by using specific software or devices,
(c) non-duplication of activities such as: sending or placing on the Internet unsolicited commercial information (spam),
d.) use of the Internet Shop in a non-burdensome way for other customers and for QUILO Sp. z o.o.,
(e) use of any content contained in the Internet Shop solely for personal use;
(f) use of the Internet Store in accordance with the rules in force in the territory of the Principality of Polish Law, the provisions of the Rules of Procedure, as well as the general principles of use of the Internet.
IV. Sales contract procedure
4.1. In order to conclude a sales contract through the Internet Shop you must access the intense.pl website, make a choice of goods, taking further technical steps based on the messages displayed to the customer and the information available on the site.
4.2. The Customer selects the ordered goods by adding them to the basket.
4.3. The Customer has the possibility to modify the entered data and to select the Goods during the placing of the Order until the Customer presses the "Order" button. To this end, please refer to the messages and information displayed to the Customer.
4.4. After the Customer using the Website has provided all the necessary data, a summary of the order submitted will be displayed. The summary of the contract will contain information on:
(a) the subject-matter of the contract;
(b) the unit and total price of the products or services ordered, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any);
(c) the method of payment chosen,
(d) the chosen mode of delivery,
(e) delivery time,
4.5. In order to send the Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Rules of Procedure, to enter the personal data designated as mandatory and to press the "Submit the Order" button.
4.6. Sending the order by the Customer is a declaration of willingness to enter into a sales contract with QUILO, in accordance with the content of the Rules of Procedure.
4.7. After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail entitled "Confirmation of acceptance of the order", containing final confirmation of all relevant elements of the order.
4.8. The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the customer receives the e-mail referred to above.
4.9. The sales contract shall be in Polish and shall be in accordance with the Rules of Procedure.
V. Delivery
5.1. The delivery of the goods is limited to the territory of the Commonwealth of Poland and takes place at the address indicated by the Customer during the placing of the order.
5.2. Delivery of the ordered goods takes place by own transport, courier delivery or via Packages. Delivery costs are described on a separate page. In addition, delivery costs will be indicated at the time of placing the order.
5.3. The delivery date shall be from one to seven working days from the date of dispatch by the Customer.
5.4. Customers can access this Regulation at any time by means of a link on the website of w w w.intenson.pl and download and print it.
Maintaining, securing, making available and confirming to the Customer the relevant provisions of the Sale of Goods Agreement follows by sending the Customer to the specified e-mail address and by attaching to the consignment containing the Goods a copy of the confirmation, the contract specification and the VAT invoice.
VI. Prices and methods of payment
6.1. The prices of the goods are given in Polish gold and contain all components, including VAT (with the exception of the rate), duties and any other components
6.2. The customer has the possibility to pay:
a.) transfer to a bank account number 17 1050 1025 1000 0090 8076 7982,
(b) by debit card or wire transfer via fast internet transfers;
c.) after collection.
VII. Complaints concerning goods
8.1. QUILO Sp. z o.o. as a seller shall be liable to the customer as a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 Civil Code, for non-compliance with the contract of sale of the goods purchased by that consumer, within the scope of the Specific Terms of Sale Act.
8.2. Complaints arising from infringements of the rights of the Customer legally guaranteed, or pursuant to this Regulation, should be addressed to hurt@intenson.pl. QUILO Sp. z o.o. undertakes to deal with any complaint within a 14-day period and, if this is not possible, to inform the Customer during that period, when the complaint is considered.
VIII. Complaints concerning the provision of electronic services
9.1. QUILO Sp. z o.o. undertakes to ensure the full functioning of the Shop, to the extent that it is based on current technical knowledge and undertakes to eliminate within a reasonable time any irregularities reported by the Customers.
9.2. The customer is obliged to inform QUILO Sp. z o.o. immediately of any irregularities or interruptions in the operation of the website.
9.3. Irregularities related to the functioning of the Shop The Customer may report in writing to: QUILO Sp. z o.o., Kissing 94G, 05-480 Karczew, by e-mail to hurt@intenson.pl or using a contact form.
9.4. In the complaint, the Customer should state his name, address for correspondence, type and date of occurrence of the malfunctioning of the Shop.
9.5. QUILO Sp. z o.o. undertakes to examine any complaint within a period of up to fourteen days and, if this is not possible, to inform the Customer during this period when the complaint will be considered.
IX. Final provisions
10.1. Settlement of possible disputes between QUILO Sp. z o.o., and a customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 The Code of Civil Procedure shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
10.2. Settlement of possible disputes between QUILO Sp. z o.o., and a customer who is not a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 The Civil Code Code shall be submitted to the competent court on the basis of the seat of QUILO Sp. z o.o.
10.3. In cases not covered by this Regulation, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Electronic Services Act and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
X PERSONAL DATA
The personal data administrator of the Customers within the meaning of the law generally applicable is QUILO Sp. z o.o. established in Kissing 94G, Municipality of Karczew (05-480), registered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the Regional Court for st. Warsaw, XIV Division of the National Judicial Register under KRS heading 0000817920, NIP: 5322086777, REGION: 385035282, hereinafter QUILO Sp. z o.o.
Taking into account the nature, scope, context and objectives of the processing of personal data, QUILO Sp. z o.o. shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, for the processing of personal data to be carried out in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU on the 27th day of April 2016(r) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the Regulation.
QUILO Sp. z o.o. processes personal data in accordance with the applicable laws, in particular with the provisions on the protection of personal data and the Rules of Procedure. QUILO Sp. z o.o. ensures the security of the Customer's personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage by appropriate technical or organisational means.
Customer personal data is processed for the execution of the Sales Agreement (execution of the Order), the consideration of possible complaints and for marketing purposes, including the sending of commercial information.
Customer personal data will be processed for the period of performance of the Sales Agreement (execution of the Order), up to the expiry of the period of limitation of claims arising from the legal relationship or from other legal provisions.
Customer personal data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until the Customer withdraws consent.
In connection with the processing of data for marketing purposes, QUILO Sp. z o.o. performs customer profiling operations, consisting of analyzing the customer's data, in particular the history of his purchases, in order to prepare a personalised offer tailored to his needs. The following data shall be processed during the profiling process:
(a) the history of purchases made by the Customer;
(b) conduct on the website.
With regard to profiling operations, the Customer may object at any time. The objection may be submitted by electronic means to the e-mail address: iod@intenson.pl

Personal data in terms of name, name, address, identification numbers, e-mail address, as well as contact phone number, will be used by QUILO Sp. z o.o., to carry out the orders submitted by the Customer and to consider possible complaints.
Personal data relating to the e-mail address, after prior consent of the person concerned, may be used for the electronic transmission of commercial information by QUILO Sp. z o.o.
Personal data concerning the name, name, order number, adjustment address, e-mail address, and contact telephone number will be made available to external entities entrusted with the delivery of purchased goods to the Customer.
No matter what you say. 12.Personal data may be made available to authorised entities and, where provided for by the provisions of the applicable law, to their general scope and to QUILO Sp. z o.o. partners under separate data processing contracts.
The client has the right to access his or her personal data, the right to request their rectification, deletion or restriction of the processing of the data, the right to object to the processing of the data and the right to transfer it.
If the processing of personal data is found to be in breach of the rules, the Customer shall have the right to complain to the Supervisory Body: Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Office.
