Yerba mate is a traditional South American drink that can replace coffee. Guarana ground, due to the caffeine content, has stimulant properties. The combination of guarana and sledgs gives infusion with a delicate taste and a solid dose of energy.
How to use: Prepare water at a temperature of approx. 10 000 meters. 75AC – you can use a kitchen thermometer for this purpose. You can sweeten it with sugar, honey or concentrated juice. Embanke dried yerba mate from 1/3 to 3/4 of the vessel volume. For beginners, we recommend to embank a smaller amount of yerba mate for a milder taste. Put the bombilla in yerba mate and pour pre-prepared water.
