MORINGA - DRIED LEAVES 50g
Oil-bearing moringa is one of the most useful and widely used plants on Earth. This plant is called the "miracle tree" in many places around the world, because every part of it is useful. This fast-growing summer green plant is grown as a useful and decorative plant. It ripens on almost any type of soil.
- 1 teaspoon moringa leaves (blended or crushed)
- 1 cup hot water
A method of preparing:
Put the morniga leaves into a glass, pour hot water and wait 3-5 minutes until it changes color. Add honey to taste.
Tea with moringa can be served hot as well as cold.
Moringa is extremely durable. In Africa, it is known as nebedies, which means "never-dying tree," because it grows on inefficient land, grows back after felling, and as one of the few trees on earth, it produces fruit during drought.
Usage: 1 - 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of cut leaves for 1 cup of water. Pour hot water and brew for 5 - 10 minutes.
